Please tell us a few words about the new release, about the music on it as a whole or a few words on each track in part. How are you happy with the final release?
To describe the 9 tracks, I’d say that Welcome is a prophecy that many faces will be smashed during the album. Declaration is the actual smashing of faces. Ambitious is an inextinguishable and tendinitisinducing series of chaotic face smashing. Foundation is nice and melodic, until it smashes your face with solos and riffs. Then Surprise is a very short song describing the creative process of its own composition (facesmashing). Episode is basically a couple striving to smash each other’s faces but they don’t ‘cause domestic abuse sucks. Glimpse is the most pretentious facesmashing guilty pleasure that PashKhaal allowed himself to write. Valediction is just to say goodbye and smash your face one last time. The orchestral version of Ambitious was orchestrated by PashKhaal and was composed to brag about it… and to be integrated in his master’s degree.
JanKristöfr thinks his playing on the album sucks, but it would take years to play it perfectly and he’d probably die the day after anyway. We’re confident that you won’t notice or care about the mistakes.

How would you describe/label the music on it? Does it sounds like anything we might have heard before?
Face smashing metal.

Where was it recorded and how much time did it take you to record it? Any interesting stories from the recording/producing the material?
We recorded the album with JanKristöfr’s guitar for both, then we had to do some touch ups, then JK lost his guitar so we did it all over again. It took about 18 months.

What can you tell us about the cover artwork? Is there a link between the artwork and the lyrics? What are the topics of your lyrics?
The artwork is about an unnamed energy source wanting to raise and destroy everything in it’s path. It’s not from Hell, not from dragons, not from mythological creatures, it’s just pure energy wanting to get the fuck out. Which is basically the purpose of the album as a whole.

What do you expect to gain through this release? What are the band's aims at the moment?
To pay our debts, break even, then find another guitarist. We’ll probably find some arrogant idea to make money like subsidies request for contemporary classical music. We just have to find some bullshit analysis for our songs that will make the academicians get an intellectual boner.

Is there a special format the material is released in? Or is it released in multiple formats? How many copies were pressed?
Physical CD and MP3. Maybe we’ll print 50 vinyls someday and pretend we’re a cult band.

Where and how will you promote this new release?
We sent the album to many metal reviewing websites hoping they’d be interested in reviewing a metal album. Same for metal promoters and labels.

Where can we order it from?
Write to us, get in on bandcamp, youtube, Itunes, pirate it, listen to it on Spotify or reverbnation… Just make sure you tell your hardcorest metal maniac friend that we exist.
