Please tell us about the history of your band and its members.
Dark Embrace started back in year 2000 and we were influenced by the dark subgenres of Heavy Metal. We recorded 3 demos and one album getting really good reviews and feedback in the metal press. We got a good amount of success in Spain and Portugal touring with bands such as Amon Amarth or Sepultura among others. In 2015 we're back in the scene with a new album 'The Call Of The Wolves' and with new members including Snopwy Shaw (ex King Diamond or ex Sabaton) on drums.

How would you describe your style? Which bands influenced your music?
Our style is METAL in capitals but with a dark vibe inside. We were influenced by the biggest metal bands such as Judas Priest, Iron Maiden or Black Sabbath but also by other bands such as Tiamat or Samael.

Why should a metalhead buy your demos/albums?
Firstly, a metalhead should listen to our music and after that, he/she would buy it. We play metal music with really fresh ideas and not overproduced music as the new bands are intended to do.

What have you released so far and how were your releases received by the public/media?
We released 3 demos and 2 albums at the moment. The feedback from the 2nd demo 'Bitter End', was really amazing, more than we were able to expect. And now, the media and public is totally captivated by our new album 'The Call Of The Wolves', so we hope everything's going similar for upcoming releases.

Do you play live as well? How's your live activity so far?
Yeah, we love playing live as much as we can. We're always playing tours and festivals. It's part of our nature as metal band.

What should labels/zines/promoters know about your band? Why should they be interested in it?
We are really a good metal band, take a chance for listening to our music and you won't be disappointed with it.

What plans do you have for the near future as a band?
Now, we will be touring as much as we can and promoting the new album. After that, some festivals and starting to record a new album.
