Please tell us a few words about the new release, about the music on it as a whole or a few words on each track in part. How are you happy with the final release?
III – To Bring you Back was written and recorded a few months after “II – Hostage of Fate” that was released in May 2016. We would like to give our listeners the chance to interpret in their own way the meaning and message of the songs, but if we would like to say a few words for it – is a record of empowerment, through embracing the evil to achieve and appreciate the good.
We can’t be more happy than we already are with the final result.
How would you describe/label the music on it? Does it sounds like anything we might have heard before?
A death metal/ grindcore combination of all genres of punk/hardcore and metal you can fathom.
If it sounds like anything you heard before? We are not so sure, but we are definitely sure it doesn’t sound anything like what we have heard before.
Where was it recorded and how much time did it take you to record it? Any interesting stories from the recording/producing the material?
All was done in Achilles’ home studio over the course of spring 2016. A time of mental anguish that gave birth to a cathartic work as we consider it.
What can you tell us about the cover artwork? Is there a link between the artwork and the lyrics? What are the topics of your lyrics?
The cover is a picture from a friend we met in spring by sheer luck and portraits perfectly for us the mysterious and dark aura of the three fates of greek mythology to who we are all hostage of.
We do not have a certain topic when it comes to lyrics. It can be anything as long as it speaks to the soul and spirit of the listener. For this album, mental empowerment, love disappointment, the strength to not give up, the appreciation of the blessing of life through understanding of death were our main themes.
What do you expect to gain through this release? What are the band's aims at the moment?
The same like all our releases. To share our work and give strength to as many people as possible.
Is there a special format the material is released in? Or is it released in multiple formats? How many copies were pressed?
No as of yet. All our releases are available for digital downloading, through our Bandcamp page and Soundcloud.
Where and how will you promote this new release?
The internet and social media give us all tools to promote at this moment our releases.
