Please present your label, when and where was it started, who is involved in its activities and what genres are promoted by it.
Lipetsk division of Nitroatmosphericum Records was founded in 2009 year, and always was independent and represented by one person – Alexander Lebed. Firstly, release format was Pro-Cdr, and only from 2012, year factorial releases appeared. In 2013 we released our own magazine “Requiem”, public welcomed it. As for now, we are preparing the fourth number of this magazine.  
The main label genres are Black, Death, Thrash Metal, different electronic styles (Dark Ambient, Noise), etc. Stylistics varies very much; I do not see the matter to go in cycles with only one genre. There're must be a variety. From this year, I’ve started to work with foreign labels concerning some band’s releases, and I’m going to continue this work. It has had a sense both for labels and for bands, because it is widen the audience. In 2014 year, we appeared in Internet sources, so some of our releases could be bought for symbolic price in services like iTunes.

Tell us a few words on each or the most important releases of your label, and which of them are still available for purchase.
Every release is important for me. I try to pay maximum attention to every band I am working with, either in publication issues or promotion. Let me say few words about new releases. 10/27/14 was released Trigger’s second full-format album, very strong and interesting to listen. Not long ago was released the debut album of Monsalvat. This release has to be mentioned also because the band prepared this album more than 20 years. The music appeared to be of high quality, and you should not just listen to, but listen attentively, to become filled with it. That’s why lyrics in this case plays particularly important role, and that’s why this release is orientated more on Russian-speakers. Ukrainian threshers Zombie Attack showed high skill level and record quality, their album is very dynamic and interesting. To conclude with this little overview, I would like to say about the band from Nizhniy Novgorod, Gmork. Their music is greatly different and attractive to listen. Having their own spirit, the band experiments with genres and the results are very praiseworthy. Buy the way, they’re preparing new material, which is to release in the beginning of 2015. Details will be later. 12/15 will be released the second full-format album of Dargonomel, you can listen few tracks on our site if you wish.  

What are the most important features you look for in a band that is or has the chance to be signed on your label?
Of cause, the main requirement is the quality of material, its content. Material must be interesting to listen; it is to hook the listener. Sometimes I had to refuse to deal with some bands because of boring material. In addition, the design of release is important. It must attract the listener, not to scare away (there were few cases). And the last but not the least – people themselves. Sometimes I face up with inadequate musicians, and I lose all my wish to work with them even if they have a very strong good material. So, every of this requirements is very important for release.  

How can a band get in touch with you? What should bands know before submitting their promos for your consideration?
All info for communication you can find on the site and social networks, I'm open for dialogue. If I don’t like the material, I always give recommendation for band where their material will be interesting, and this has the results. 

What's the most important thing in the relationship between you and your bands? What is your label offering to its bands?
The dialogue between label and the band, new ideas, suggestions. Band's help with promotion instead of sitting in place is always welcome. For now, label can offer release and promotion in Russia and CIS. However, there are some exchanges with European countries, but they are not in wishful amounts. We are working on that. Moreover, interviews and reviews in Russian and foreign magazines, both electronic and paper. Meanwhile all in the context of underground, but it is a deal of time – only wish is needed.

Is there anything you planned with your label and has not yet been completed?
From big plans, it is to widen promotion. Also to build up new communications with well-known bands and magazines. I think it is enough for now.

How does the future looks for your label? Any major projects you would like to share with us?
The future depends on listener. If disks are sold quite well, than the label will better find and release high-skilled bands. From significant projects, Gmork’s album is to mention. It will be released in different editions with a cover from very famous designer. More details will be closer to release date. I have in view some bands to work with. The rest is like to cross the bridge when come to it. In fact, it's the way. One band ask for me with ready material, and if all is convenient and I have an opportunity – release is to come in short term.
