Please tell us a few words about the new release, about the music on it as a whole or a few words on each track in part. How are you happy with the final release?
“Between the Southern Cross & the Northern Star” is our album number six. Was released the 18th of October 2015. It contains 9 songs, about 39:55 min.. This album talks about the need to move forward in understanding and free thought. Questioning everything and returning to the roots of philosophy, to develop in our personal journey toward deeper understanding. In other words : The importance to keep searching for the hidden truth of all things and the denial of conformity. The album has the special participation of Samuli T. Mäkelä in the track 6 on guitars and bass, and on track 9 on drums.

How would you describe/label the music on it? Does it sounds like anything we might have heard before?
Our music is mix between extreme metal and dark ambient, very melodic with a lot of keyboards, growls and few clean vocals. I think that the label Dark Metal is the best to define what we do.

Where was it recorded and how much time did it take you to record it? Any interesting stories from the recording/producing the material?
The album was recorded mostly in Oulu, Finland, but the bass was recorded in Montevideo, Uruguay. From that comes the idea of the title of the album “Between the Southern Cross & the Northern Star” . The recording took around 7 months because I like to work the arrangements during the recording process. But the composition of the album took around 2 years. And the album was mixed and mastered by Mika Pohjola at Soundmix Studios, Oulu.

What can you tell us about the cover artwork? Is there a link between the artwork and the lyrics? What are the topics of your lyrics?
Yes the cover artwork is a graphic representation of everything is being say in the album, represents the deep connection with reality in its most natural way. Like it happens in the moment of the artistic creation, when a melody comes to our mind, and we can hear it without playing it yet; the inspiration sings the melodies to our mind... Is a reflection about the sometimes imperceptible reality, behind every act, and the analysis of the everyday and our own experiences. No matter what you see or believe to see, for example, even if the light in our eyes seems to have a single color, the reality speaks of something quite different. Reality exists with or without us. Even the visual approach seems to be very peaceful the heart of the album is the deep rebellion.

What do you expect to gain through this release? What are the band's aims at the moment?
The same as always with every release, that someone else can enjoy it with us. Share points of views and ideas... feelings and perceptions of reality. And of course the respect of our metal fellows.

Is there a special format the material is released in? Or is it released in multiple formats? How many copies were pressed?
