Adversarial's Prophetic Plain of Abyssal Revelation Now Available Through Dark Descent Records
Quickly becoming known as one of the world's foremost suppliers of underground brutality, Dark Descent Records is proud to unleash yet another demonic beast upon the masses. The latest hell-spawned terror to emerge from Dark Descent's dungeon comes in the form of Adversarial's Prophetic Plain Of Abyssal Revelation. Available in three different versions of vinyl and a six-panel UV gloss-coated digipack CD, this long player features the band's 2008 Thralls demo as well as four additional tracks (including covers of Archgoat's "The Light Devouring Darkness" and Incantation's "A Once Holy Throne"). Two songs from the album - the brand new "Impending Eternal Blackness" and the rather devastating Archgoat cover tune - are currently streaming at www.stereokiller.com/ADVERSARIAL.

Dark, twisted, churning yet technical...these are the words that often describe the vicious attack from the Canadian three-piece Adversarial. Dark Descent Records is honored to deliver Adversarial's now famous 2008 demo, Thralls, for the first time on vinyl.
Released in 2008 by the tape sub-label of Blood Harvest, Thralls ushered in Adversarial's unique brand of blackened death assault bringing a flair that set them apart from the rest.
Prophetic Plain of Abyssal Revelation presents the original Thralls recording in addition to unreleased material from the same session in the form of the title track. To round out this unholy release, three brand new recordings; an epic, newly-penned Adversarial hymn and two cover tracks (Archgoat's "The Light-Devouring Darkness" and Incantation's "A Once Holy Throne") are included. In all, Prophetic Plain... delivers seven deadly tracks clocking in at around 30 minutes.
Three-hundred copies are on black vinyl with a UV gloss jacket, #100 cover stock double-sided inserts (very heavy), black inner sleeves with a 12"x18" poster of Danille Gauvin's (also responsible for the terrific artwork on All Idols Fall Before the Hammer) spectacular cover art. One-hundred copies come with the same details only on translucent red vinyl with black marble. The final 100 copies are pressed on "Angel White" vinyl with the same poster, black inner sleeves and double-sided insert but with a 3.5" (8.9 cm) x 4.5" (11.4 cm) woven Adversarial patch depicting the double-skull and Adversarial logo. The CD version is presented with an elegant six-panel UV gloss-coated digipack.
