Please tell us a few words about the new release, about the music on it as a whole or a few words on each track in part. How are you happy with the final release?
Out For Blood  is BloodBeast's second album. It was release digitally in December 2014 via bandcamp.
"If you’re in the mood for ravenous, high-speed death metal with a strong old-school flavor and enough groove to crack ribs (plus a couple of electrifying guitar solos), you’ll dig this mightily. It’s a megawatt charge delivered straight to the brain stem".-NO CLEAN SINGING
"Out For Blood" is the death metal triumph the Dark Continent has produced this year...This is death metal 101..."-African Metal Authority:Reviews and Resources.
"Out For Blood" is an excellent album coming from a band new in the Death Metal, Grind Core sub-genre. It is well-paced, varied, smart, and packed with energy. Your blood will be pumping and your head will be banging the entirety of this album".-Audio Inferno
"Old school Death Metal the menu,  Out For Blood  is in the classic and does good, compact album with some Thrash influences, good solos course titles, vocals are always right, the pounding drums well, fans and interested old school certainly will be interested..."-Shades of Blog.
We are very happy with the final release.

How would you describe/label the music on it? Does it sounds like anything we might have heard before?
The music on the album is a good mix of classic and modern Death Metal with Thrash Metal and Grindcore elements.

Where was it recorded and how much time did it take you to record it? Any interesting stories from the recording/producing the material?
The album was recorded at Atelier Recording Studio in Krugersdorp,South Africa. We started recording in January 2014 and finished in June 2014.

What can you tell us about the cover artwork? Is there a link between the artwork and the lyrics? What are the topics of your lyrics?
The cover art  was done by non other than the legendary Japanese painter, Death Metal artist/illustrator, Toshihiro Egawa, from Osaka, Japan! Toshihiro Egawa's reputation as a Death Metal artist/illustrator is well known in the Extreme Metal world having done cover art for bands like Cryptopsy (Canada), Krisiun (Brazil), Devourment (USA), Defeated Sanity (Germany), Lay Down Rotten (Germany) and Disfiguring The Goddess (US) to name but a few.
BloodBeast has the honour of being the first African and South African band to have their album cover art designed by Toshihiro Egawa.
There is a link between the artwork and the lyrics. The cover art depicts the BloodBeast feeding and growing.  Think of the BloodBeast as a mythological creature, demigod or demon that feeds on human depravity, suffering, brutality, violence, hatred, revenge etc. All the lyrics are about the above mentioned topics.

What do you expect to gain through this release? What are the band's aims at the moment?
We are hoping to generate international interested in the band through this release. We want to show the rest of the Metal world that South Africa can and does produce high quality Metal bands of international standards. Our dream is to get picked up by a big Metal record label and to tour the album internationally.

Is there a special format the material is released in? Or is it released in multiple formats? How many copies were pressed?
At the moment the album is only available as a digital down load via Bandcamp. It is available high-quality download in MP3, FLAC and more. This download includes a PDF with the cover art, lyrics, band photo and song credits.  We are planning on printing physical copies of the album some time in the future. All depends on finances.
