Please tell us a few words about the new release, about the music on it as a whole or a few words on each track in part. How are you happy with the final release?
Dethrone is basically about the political events that occurred during the time the songs were written. Events such as the passing of the NDAA, SOPA, CISPA, etc.
We all love the way the album sounds. Our friend Nate Parker recorded all the instruments and Jon Sutherland recorded vocals. We're happy with how it came out.

How would you describe/label the music on it? Does it sounds like anything we might have heard before?
The music is primarily death metal, but we hate labeling ourselves into dumb subgenres that have plagued metal nowadays. We have some progressive metal influence, black metal influence and some not-so-metal influence. It's really just death metal.

Where was it recorded and how much time did it take you to record it? Any interesting stories from the recording/producing the material?
The whole album was recorded in my (Darren's) house, Kyle Peronteau's house and Jon Sutherland's house. It took us a while to record it, but that's mostly because everyone involved has real jobs. Nothing too exciting happened during the recording.

What can you tell us about the cover artwork? Is there a link between the artwork and the lyrics? What are the topics of your lyrics?
The cover of Dethrone is the most boring and plain thing you will ever see. We originally had all of these crazy ideas for the cover, but they all just fell through. The lyrics of Dethrone are interpretations of political events that happened during the writing of the songs.

What do you expect to gain through this release? What are the band's aims at the moment?
We don't really want to gain anything besides new fans. We released the album for free online and we released shitty physical copies and that's working for us. Our goals for now are to record our newest material and then go on tour in support of that release. After that is still up the air, but it's getting finalized.

Is there a special format the material is released in? Or is it released in multiple formats? How many copies were pressed?
We released the album for free online and made physical copies. Anyone can download all of our music for free from our bandcamp.

Where and how will you promote this new release?
We released Dethrone awhile ago, but we are still promoting it online and by playing shows. We plan on touring in the summer to support our newest effort, which we will be recording soon.

Where can we order it from?
You can download the album for free on our bandcamp site, through this link...
