Please tell us about the history of your band and its members.
The Dominance born in 1995 by Davide Tognoni (drums) founding member, after a demo tape sign for Scarlet Records for their first album "Anthems Of The Ancient Splendour" published in 1999. The album has received acclaim from both critics audience with excellent reviews in magazines and webzines, opening the concerts for bands like Malevolent Creation, Krabator and Master. Divorce from the label and the abandonment of Massimo Baroni and Alessandro Zanotti on guitars, pushing the remaining members of the band (in addition to Davide, Saverio Rossi on bass and Mauro Bolognesi vocal) in a period of their substitutes research. The choice falls on Marco Bertolini and Gianluca Fontanesi, and with the renewed line-up we publish our second album "Echoes Of Human Decay" in 2009 for Kolony Records. The album marks a turning more brutal and less black the debut album and receives good responses culminated with the opener on stage at the legendary Suffocation. But again before Marco Bertolini he was forced to leave for a PhD in America and you continue with the sole Gianluca the guitar for two years. In 2013, the front-man decided to say farewell to the band and Massimiliano Marri comes as a singer in the same year. Later Gianluca left the band and Gabriel Cavazzini enters as lead guitar in the band. Meanwhile the band worked on the album "XX: The Rising Vengeance" which will be released two years later, under Sliptrick Records label. In the same year he joined Luca Alzapiedi on rhythm guitar. In July, the founding drummer left the band for personal reasons and we are currently seeking a replacement drummer. (Although there will be news about it, sarily tuned on our Facebook page)

How would you describe your style? Which bands influenced your music?
At the beginning our sound was heavily influenced by bands like Dissection, Morbid Angel and At The Gates, then gradually stabilized at a more than amercian metal influence. With the current line-up we try to create a modern death metal with classical influences but still at home Death, Lamb Of God and echoes off black metal oriented.

Why Should metalhead to buy your demos / albums?
Our music is a mix of violence, extreme technique and melodies. Our goal is to reinvent the classic death metal without boring the listener, enriching the musical proposal with the different influences of each band member.
