Please tell us about the history of your band and its members.
We used to be called Entropy without the (O.A.C.) attached to it. We released an album called (Smiles for Stab Wounds) in 04-05 and from there our history is pretty cloudy lots of members in and out.. The on again off again crap, partying nonstop, etc..  in the earlier era I don't think we cared as much then about writing.. So, we re-tooled the band in 2011 and released an EP called (What nightmares are made of) reset our outlook, looked our selves in the mirror and set some goals, things have been a hell of a lot better ever since. As far as members go, we went through many many people leading up to 2011, But since then the band has consisted of its current and definitely its best line up which is Original singer Ben Poulin, Original Bassist Josh Aalto, Guitarist Austin Wagner and drummer Brandon Hall.

How would you describe your style? Which bands influenced your music?
All I can say is that we have no barriers with our sound, one day we might write a heavier song with more screaming style vocals and the next day we might write a song driven by clean guitar and singing vocals.. So, to get to the answer, We are what I like to call a rock-metal-melody offspring of sorts.. Just don't ever expect us to do the same exact sounding material over and over again.. We are not afraid to go outside of our normality, Overall we have been influenced by bands like Soilwork, Nothingface Stone Sour, Mudvayne, Deftones, Killswitch, 3 (the band), Pantera just to name a few.

Why should a metalhead buy your demos/albums?
I think one should give us a chance because we don't overthink our writing, we are a very pure band there are not any gimmicks here, we are not trying to fall in line with what not all, but a-lot of rock bands are doing today, and what I mean by that is- trying way to F**king hard to sound like someone else.. That's always been a factor over the years in general but it seems worse than ever now.. So that is something I feel we naturally do a good job staying away from.

What have you released so far and how were your releases received by the public/media?
"Smiles For Stab Wounds" Before we added the (O.A.C.) to our name. 04-05
"What Nightmares are made of" (EP) 2011,
"Dark Clouds and Clarity" (EP) coming 4/21/15

Do you play live as well? How's your live activity so far?
We do, and we are currently working on getting more shows outside of the Midwest. We are a pretty high energy band when we play out live that's the best part about being a band really.

What should labels/zines/promoters know about your band? Why should they be interested in it?
When we write/play live we like to entertain and stay pure, not just "go through the motions" and we are as genuine as they come with our style and attitude toward what we do, we want to help people forget about the B.S. Going on in their life for an hour or so when they see us or hear us.

What plans do you have for the near future as a band?
Play a lot of shows and get our New EP in as many I-pods as possible!
