Please tell us a few words about the new release, about the music on it as a whole or a few words on each track in part. How are you happy with the final release?
“La Capitale Del Male” is our second record, I think it is less direct and more introspective than the previous one.  It aims to tell about what happens around us, the two Unnecessaries, regarding evil in this mortal and presumptuous circle called Firenze. It’s a sort of a separation’s rite, an exorcism perhaps.

How would you describe/label the music on it? Does it sounds like anything we might have heard before?
I wish it would be like that, but I don’t think it sounds totally new.  Anyway, I think It’s a very personal contribution to the post-hardcore or sludge genre.

Where was it recorded and how much time did it take you to record it? Any interesting stories from the recording/producing the material?
The album was recorded in the same place where we created the first one, at the Fabbrichino Theatre  in Prato, Tuscany, and always masterfully produced by Niccolò Gallio, throught his mobile recording studio. We put everything we needed to play in the theatre’s foyer and in several other rooms. Then, we recorded all the album and disassembled everything. All in one night. In the week after we mixed the material, which sounded already great, and made the mastering with Alessandro Maffei . Finally, the album was ready. There are so many stories to tell, one might be that during the recording process, in front of our theater, in another building, there was an experimental music concert, and we had to stop recording because our volume could disturb the show.

What can you tell us about the cover artwork? Is there a link between the artwork and the lyrics? What are the topics of your lyrics?
The cover shows some ghostly figures that block the entrance to the afterlife. It’s a macabre ritual of negation of transition, and it may also look like the funeral of the previous album, “L’Anno Dell’Odio”. Lyrics are complementary to the artwork and the concept of the album. We explain what Evil is through the spoken words of a friend of us, a psychologist and philosopher, we scream what is Evil, who is Evil and what to do inside this fire of the mind.

What do you expect to gain through this release? What are the band's aims at the moment?
Well, we didn’t expect so much success from the previous album. We really don’t know what to expect. So far, it seems already so much.

Is there a special format the material is released in? Or is it released in multiple formats? How many copies were pressed?
"The Capital Of Evil" was printed in vinyl edition of 750 copies by the labels Dio Drone, UTU Conspiracy, Toten Schwan Records, Sangue Dischi, Dischi Belvisti, Zas Autoproduzioni, Shove Records and Icore Records, and a small edition in cassette for the England Country was produced by Simula Records. You can find also the album in free download on the various Bandcamp label’s profile and sites.
