Please present your label, when and where was it started, who is involved in its activities and what genres are promoted by it.
Immortal Frost Productions started out in 2009 by the original founder Josh Young from Tasmania, Australia.
I joined the record label in early 2010 to handle Merchandise and Distribution which was slowly followed by all the other functions which needed close attention. In late 2010 i took in Moornebheym to handle the Design & Graphics within Immortal Frost Productions.
In late 2011 Josh Young has left Immortal Frost Productions because of personal reasons. (we still are in close contact).
Immortal Frost Productions promotes all subgenre's within Black Metal. Also do we promote Post Rock, Shoegaze and Ambient music.

Tell us a few words on each or the most important releases of your label, and which of them are still available for purchase.
Well to start, i think every release on Immortal Frost Productions is kinda important, thats why i release them. If they hold no value to me i don't sign the band nor release their album.
So i think every single release under the Immortal Frost Productions catalogue is worth checking out it just depends on the listener their taste i guess.

What are the most important features you look for in a band that is or has the chance to be signed on your label?
I think what speaks to me the most is the sound of their music. If a band can deliver me a high quality sound album which is within my taste of black metal they will make a better shot to be signed by me. Also a proffessional appearance of the band is very important to promote them well within the scene. As for the near future i will also look more towards live bands to sign under Immortal Frost Productions.

How can a band get in touch with you? What should bands know before submitting their promos for your consideration?
A band can simply send an email to our official email adress and they will always get a respond.
If a band is interest in my record label they first should take on contact with me to see if i have any free space to sign a new band. If they however wanne send me some promos to show me their sound, they have to make sure its in decent quality. Because promos who are in very low quality will not get my attention and will be respond with a negative answer.

What's the most important thing in the relationship between you and your bands? What is your label offering to its bands?
I think the most important thing is having good contact with eachother. Also understanding is a great deal when working together. The bands who are signed under Immortal Frost Productions are not only good artists, but they have also become good friends.
Immortal Frost Productions offers each band 15% of the released copies.
Also do we make sure the album get distributed over whole the world.
And we send the albums of to Webzine's/ Magazine's to do reviews about the albums and perhaps interviews with the bands.

Is there anything you planned with your label and has not yet been completed?
For the moment we have planned 1 more release which has been know for several months now.
IFP 011 - Photophobia - The Seven States Of Mourning
This album already has allot of questions and it hasn't even been released yet.
For any further plans i think we will mostly concentrate ourselfs on our new official webshop which is online and try to make that as succesful as possible and perhaps looking out for some new bands to sign under Immortal Frost Productions in the near future.

How does the future looks for your label? Any major projects you would like to share with us?
The future of Immortal Frost Productions has a promosing view. We really work hard to get this Record Label into the right direction. And in short time we managed to work close with some of the finest Underground Black Metal Record Labels around. I hope ofcourse that our existing will last for at least a few more years and if so maybe even longer.
For the moment we still work with starting bands and those who are already signed under us.
