Please tell us about the history of your band and its members.
Pissed On started in 2015 when I broke 11 vertebrae in my back. While bedridden, Tyler would come visit me and we wrote our demo from there.

How would you describe your style? Which bands influenced your music?
We consider ourselves a grindcore band but we come from a heavy hardcore background. We also like to try and bring in influence from a wide variety of styles. I'd say our biggest influences currently would be Carcass, Swans, Discordance Axis, and Pig Destroyer.

Why should a metalhead buy your demos/albums?
I think we have a decently unique take on metal, or at least something unique to us and you can hear the work we've put in when you listen to our music.

What have you released so far and how were your releases received by the public/media?
So far we've released a demo, and a split with a now defunct band called Street Rat. Those releases got some national interest but for the most part we never really thought we'd leave our hometown.

Do you play live as well? How's your live activity so far?
We try to stay active and tour consistently. I'd like to think our live set is a much more chaotic and frenetic display of our music. We try to incorporate a wall of sound and noise, with an unrelenting pace so that you're never left with a second to breath.

What should labels/zines/promoters know about your band? Why should they be interested in it?
We're real. We love this and our music and it's not about making money or anything material for us. We just want to make our music and share it with the world. All we need is a platform.

What plans do you have for the near future as a band?
We're touring constantly and we're releasing The Hanged Man on March 3rd, and we'll be recording again here very soon. We're never going to let up or stop growing, and we're never going to stop pushing ourselves.

Where can we listen to your band and where can we buy your stuff?
You can listen to our older material at and buy merchant at You can also pre-order our new record at
